1. Who we are

NuvoRx.net is a technology platform that connects adult patients in the United States with independently licensed clinicians for virtual consultations. NuvoRx.net is not a pharmacy, is not a medical practice, and does not practice medicine or dispense medication.

All clinical decisions are made solely by the treating clinician. Any medication that is prescribed is dispensed by an independent, state-licensed pharmacy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, physically located in a U.S. state where our clinicians are licensed, and able to form a binding contract. Services are not available outside the United States.

3. No guaranteed prescription or outcome

Completing an intake form, paying a fee, or attending a consultation does not entitle you to any specific diagnosis, medication, or treatment. A clinician will prescribe only when it is medically appropriate after evaluating you. Requests for a specific medication may be declined.

Weight loss results vary by individual. No result is typical or guaranteed, and results depend on adherence, medical history, and other factors.

4. Accurate information

You agree to provide complete and truthful health information. Withholding or misstating information can lead to unsafe care and may result in termination of services.

5. Fees, billing, and cancellations

Consultation and membership fees are disclosed before you are charged. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time before the next billing date through your account or by contacting support.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Medications, once dispensed, cannot be returned or refunded as required by federal and state pharmacy law.

6. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, resell services, submit information for another person without authorization, or use the site to obtain controlled substances unlawfully.

7. Intellectual property

All site content, trademarks, and software are owned by NuvoRx.net or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Site content is informational and is not medical advice. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NuvoRx.net is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including the professional liability of treating clinicians.

9. Dispute resolution and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration where permitted by law; you may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these terms by contacting us in writing.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or discontinue features at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
